Sale of preset items
This module serves in the Cash OnLine system for the sale of preset goods such as drinks, meals, services or other goods which cannot be sold in the form of reading a bar code. Goods may be divided into individual categories and main board which enables personalization via pictures or colour-definable buttons, the arrangement and appearance of which you may influence directly in the administration of the system.
Sale via barcodes
The most widely used mode of sale of unit goods in retail shops being the sale via EAN bar codes. Our sales board is designed in the way that it displays a maximum of information about products and enables speedup of sale via easy adding or adjustment of the number of pieces of the given product, direct input of percentage discount and possibility of fulltext search for products in case the reading of the code fails.
Payment
Cash OnLine system enables easy completion of the transaction from one place. All operations necessary for the closing of the transaction are at one clearly arranged place including the reading of a customer card or discount coupon. Good help being also a cash return calculator which eliminates mathematical errors when exchanging cash.
Items search
Cash OnLine system was designed in such a way that it facilitates the search of an item in case that goods do not have a bar code or the bar code cannot be read. Fulltext search contains a touch keyboard and searches via any key. Possibility of search only in supplies which are really in stock is also of some help.
Stocktaking
Process of stocktaking in the bar or restaurant environment was designed in such a way that it speeds up and facilitates the inputting of mirrors. With the Cash OnLine system, your personnel may enter the stocktaking directly via touch cash register. Due to the fact that it does not know expected states/balances, the whole process is safe and not capable of being misused. The resulting state/balance of stocktaking may be displayed only by a person authorized in the administration.
Tables reservation
With built-in touch module table reservations will not have to scroll through the confusing workbook and you will not have to deal with messages. Table reservations addition, you can receive directly from your website. Using the touchpad can easily find out which table is reserved, for how long and for how many people. Free table can be blocked out for incoming guests directly from the desktop.
Customers cards
Easy charging customer credit or bonus cards directly from the touchpad POS system. By simply loading to obtain the necessary information on the card, the amount of percentage discounts and the balance amount on the card. The transaction is also printed proof of payment.
Goods return
No more complicated tracing sales. Simply reads the bar code on the receipt, select the goods that the customer returns and print the document cancellation. Returns never been so quick and convenient.

Basic building block being the sold goods. You may create their database via intuitive forms with a possibility of direct reading of bar codes into the forms. Part of the module being creation of combinations of products and creation of recipes for restaurant operations. You may divide all products into clearly arranged groups. At the moment your database comprises hundreds to thousands of items, you can be searching according to any key.
Warehouse
All warehouse operations are available in the warehouse module. As the system records any movement with goods to the least detail, right here you´ve got everything at hand. Entry into storage, warehouse release, movements in warehouses, adjustment of minimum balances of the warehouse, and of course, displaying of the stock level in real time.
Tickets
Full sale and advance sale of tickets is available in the system for a cultural sector. Here you may add events and individual tickets, set time levels of presales, set information for events which you may display via XML feed directly on your web pages, including the On-Line advance sale of tickets. Combinations of tickets are also available.
Customers
You register your customers and their customer cards. Whether you provide any credit, bonus, or percentage discount, you may edit everything just here. A matter of course being also displaying of the list of transactions, i.e. purchases of individual customers.
